The Versatility of DTF Printing
Direct to Film (DTF) is exactly what it sounds like. We print your artwork onto a special film, apply an adhesive powder, and heat-press it directly onto the fabric. It captures fine details, gradients, and photographs perfectly. Unlike sublimation, it works on almost anything - cotton, polyester, nylon, and blends.
You never have to worry about your design getting lost on a dark shirt. We print a solid white ink layer right under your graphic, ensuring every color shows up bright and solid on black or navy fabrics. The final transfer stretches naturally with the garment, avoiding that stiff, heavy feeling common with older iron-on methods.

To keep your DTF prints looking fresh for years, always wash the shirt inside out in cold water. Avoid harsh bleach, and never iron directly on the print itself.
When to Choose DTF
Go with DTF if your design has photographs, complex gradients, or lots of colors. It is also the best choice for printing on difficult fabrics like nylon.
When to Choose Silkscreen
Stick to traditional silkscreen if you have a simple 1 or 2 color design and need to print hundreds of shirts at the lowest possible cost.
