What is Silkscreen Printing and How It Work?

Silkscreen printing is the old-school way to get really sharp designs on t-shirts. Basically, ink gets pressed through a fine mesh screen right onto the fabric. The ink sits deep in the material, so you get a nice, thick print that won't fade or peel after a few washes. It's exactly what most streetwear brands and event organizers use.

The only catch is that every single color in your design needs its own separate screen. Since setting those screens up takes time, silkscreen only really makes sense for bulk orders. Doing one or two shirts costs way too much, but if you print fifty or a hundred, the cost per shirt becomes super cheap.

Why Choose Silkscreen Printing?

Silkscreen printing is highly cost-effective for bulk orders. The setup takes a bit of time, but once the screens are ready, printing a hundred shirts takes almost the same effort as printing ten, which means your price per shirt drops significantly.

You get bold, solid color printing that stands out from across the room. Because the ink is pushed directly into the fabric fibers, you get incredibly long-lasting results that won't fade or crack easily, even if the shirt goes through the wash every single week.
